Business Analytics

ARCBridge has been providing Business Support Services to its clients.

We have supported our clients restructure and redesign their business processes, conduct satisfaction surveys, evaluate program effectiveness, perform statistical analysis, respond to FOIA requests, and data mining to make informed decisions. ARCBridge has been providing Business Support Services to its clients under the GSA MOBIS Schedule and other direct contracts both as a prime and a subcontractor.

For the department of Veterans Affairs (VA) ARCBridge has been mining their data and preparing metrics on the success of their operations, conducting satisfaction surveys and developing standards for providing transportation services for Veterans. We are bringing the transportation community together to support our valued Veterans.

Business analytics:

Since 2013, ARCBridge has provided on-site statistician and senior researchers to the Research and Evaluation Group for the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) which operates AmeriCorps, VISTA and Senior Corps). ARCBridge assisted the team with research design, sampling design, and statistical analysis for assessing the impact of the agency’s programs on beneficiaries and on members. We have performed program evaluation/grant evaluation services, OMB clearance services, survey and analysis services to CNCS and several federal agencies to include HUD, VA, Census and more.

We provided on-site business support to the Residential Assessment Sub System at HUD. Aside from our typical data analysis that we conducted for the HUD/RASS Business Community, we responded to Front Office and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests, as well as requests from US Senators. ARCBridge performed several studies for HUD including study of sub -prime lending patterns and development of “Colonias” in Southern US.

For the last 14 years ARCBridge has supported the Bureau of Census in over 10 studies involving population studies, Journey to Work analysis, and supported the American Community Survey in their monthly telephone surveys.
